Jonathan has been a professional dancer for 15 years. His experience consists of dancing with Raw Element Dance Troupe, L.O.L.A. (Leap On Love Art) etc.,
Shonnita Johnson received her formal dance training at Baltimore School for the Arts, under the leadership of Norma Pera. Ms. Johnson with a concentration in modern.

Melissa Carry is a vocalist and songwriter based in the DMV. Her love of music and singing started as a child.
Jennifer C. Alexander is a professional dancer, choreographer, dance educator and teaching artist graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

A graduate from Valdosta State University. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Psychology. She is classically trained in all forms of dance.

As a mother of two children and a graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice, Lonnetta Grant has dedicated her youth towards teaching the art and craft of dance and movement.
Jocelynn Matthews has a dance background in Ballet, Modern, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Liturgical, Afro Jazz, Contemporary, and African styles of dancing. She began her early dance training in Bowie, MD at the age of four years old.
Kendra Johnson discovered her love for dance at the age of 14. She has trained in Ballet, Modern dance, Hip Hop, and African dance. She is currently the leader of Ladies of Redemption dance crew, a versatile group of female dancers.
Joel Musa also called Danceanyweh is local (DMV) male certified choreographer who is superbly talented at all genres but specializes particularly in Dancehall choreography. He has been dancing professionally for over six year.
ace ono, née Alison Carney, is a native Washingtonian and the brainpower behind the artand[love]only collective, an artistic concept birthed in 2013. Classically trained in piano and voice, with a firm understanding of how sound effects emotion, she created the movement to inspire artists, and all individuals alike.
Allison Balanc is a Neo-Soul singer, songwriter, creative director and choral instructor born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. Creating music has always played a major role in her self-expression. Classically trained through choral programs, she has lent her talent to multiple local artists' projects.

Dan’Talisha Nicole is a skilled dancer and professional singer/songwriter. Dan’Talisha has been dancing since the tender age of about 5 years old (over 22 years of dance experience). Over the course of her dance career, she has been trained in jazz, hip-hop, liturgical, and ballet. Her specialty is in liturgical dance and hip-hop.
Sheena Walker, born on March 20, 1985 in Washington, DC is an avid dance enthusiast and an exceptionally skilled dancer. “She” as she is affectionately known as, is filled with grace and the gift of prophetic dancing. She began her career in 1999 as a student of the RJV School of Dance, in Washington, DC

PatriceLIVE is a singer, songwriter, entrepreneur and philanthropist who hails from the Washington, DC/ metropolitan area. A rising superstar and budding icon, PatriceLIVE has set the bar for new artists by combining the soul of R&B music, appeal of pop music and the fiery energy of a Rock ‘n’ Roll performance.
Flavia was a a featured choreographer during Joy of Motion’s Studio to Stage performance “Roots: African Diaspora Dance”. She composed masterful choreography that honored Afro-Brazilian traditions of Orixas Dance, Samba de Roda, Samba Afro, and contemporary Afro-Brazilian movements.
Cherdise Foy-Nixon is a mother of 5, a dancer, choreographer, dance educator, and artistic director. She was born in Washington DC and began her dance career at the age of 9 by studying at several dance studios in the DMV area (Jr. Mode Dance Studio, Joyce LaVerne Dance Studio, and Umoja Creative Dance Studio).
Candace Erin Penn is a Washington D.C native , began dancing at the early age of 3. She began formal training under Adrian Bolton, Kathy Smith and Sharon Mutts which afforded her the opportunity to perfect her craft. At the age of 8 an exclusive inviation to attend Duke Ellington School of the Arts “Tadpole” program under the direction of Lynn Welters after school.
Cayla Jenece Williams is a dancer from District Heights, Maryland. She is a sophomore at Bishop McNamara High School located in Forestville, Maryland. Upon graduation, she would like to attend college to pursue a degree in Nursing and minor in Dance. With a degree in Dance she would like to become a professional choreographer, dancer and have the opportunity to open her own dance studio.
Kimberly Moten artistically known as KingBliss. A Washington DC Native making her way in the dance industry. She’s performed with some of hottest talents. From Mrs. Kim, De’Angelo Redman, Patrice Live, Love & Hip Hop Ashley Nicole, Tamela Mann, Maya An The Giz.(MGM)just to name a few. She has helped the “Everyday women” unleash their alto ego with her energetic & encouraging way of teaching.
DI&E is the talk of the town
This dance fitness workout is high energy and fun, but hard work. The dances work on specific parts of your body but at the same time give you a full body work out. The sessions are exhausting but you don’t notice until the end because of all the fun you are having while dancing.
